Cancelling and refunds

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid month. We don’t refund part-months. Token top-ups are non-refundable once spent; unspent packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

No part-month refunds
We don’t refund a partly-used month. You keep full access for the rest of the paid period.
Spent top-ups are final
AI Credits from a top-up pack are non-refundable once a build has spent them — they paid for compute we already used.
Unspent top-ups, 7 days
An unspent top-up pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, minus the payment-gateway fee on the original transaction.
Failed builds are re-credited
If a build fails because of an error on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically.

What can I do with AI Credits?

Credits are only spent when AI generates something. Browsing, editing text yourself and publishing are free.

AI usage varies depending on the size and complexity of your request. Large websites, long conversations, code generation and repeated revisions may consume more AI Credits.

How many AI Credits does a website use?

A complete five-page website typically uses 300–500 AI Credits. Individual sections, pages and edits use far less — see the usage guide above. Usage varies with the size and complexity of your request.

Do unused AI Credits roll over?

Your plan's monthly credits are replaced at each renewal, so unused monthly credits don't roll over. Credits you buy separately as a top-up pack are different — those never expire, and a build spends your monthly credits first so the ones you bought stay put.

What happens if my payment fails?

You keep building for 3 more days while we retry, and we email you before anything stops. After that, new builds and edits pause — but your live website stays online, and your dashboard, source code, downloads, enquiries and stats all stay available. Nothing is deleted, and your credits stay in your account.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. We don't refund part-months.

Can I bring my own API key?

No. To guarantee consistent quality, security and uptime, all agents run on Laabam's pre-tuned models.

What payment methods are accepted?

UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets via Razorpay. Monthly plans are set up as an auto-debit mandate (UPI Autopay or a card mandate), which you can cancel from your billing page at any time. International cards are accepted, and you're charged in USD — the same currency shown on this page.
