Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information — your email address, name, and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name and email).
• Project content — the descriptions you write, chat messages, attachments you upload, and the code and previews generated for your projects.
• Payment metadata — payments are processed by Razorpay. We store order and payment identifiers, amounts, and status. We never store your card details — those go directly to the payment gateway.
• Usage and security data — basic logs such as sign-in timestamps and request information used to keep the platform secure.

How we use your information

• Providing the service — building, previewing, versioning, and deploying the projects you ask for; managing your credits and purchases.
• Transactional email — account, order, and password-reset emails, sent via ZeptoMail. We do not sell your data or send third-party marketing.
• Security and support — detecting abuse, preventing fraud, and responding to your support requests.

Third-party processors

We use a small number of service providers to run Laabam:

• Razorpay — payment processing for token packs and other purchases (India).
• AI / LLM providers — when you request a build, your project description and related instructions are sent to AI providers to generate code and content. These inputs are used to produce your project output.
• ZeptoMail — delivery of transactional email.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — for running the platform, storing data, and serving your generated sites.

Data residency and retention

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active so that your projects, build history, and credits remain available to you. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law. When your account is deleted, associated project data is removed from our active systems within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and its data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team at support@laabam.site — we will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before acting on a request.
