Terms of Service

1. The service

Laabam is an AI Digital Business Operating System: you describe the website or application you want in natural language, and a pipeline of AI agents designs, builds, tests, secures, and deploys it. Usage is billed through token-based credits that are consumed when builds run.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not use the service to build or host content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious (including malware or phishing), or that harms others.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the service, probe or bypass its security, scrape it at abusive rates, or resell access without our written consent.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

3. Credits and payments

• AI Credits are included with monthly and yearly plans, priced in Indian Rupees (INR) exclusive of applicable GST, and processed via Razorpay. Each checkout is a one-time charge for the chosen billing period — plans do not auto-renew.
• Monthly AI Credits renew with each billing period; unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Credits are consumed per build according to the model and pricing shown at the time of the build.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Prices and pack contents may change; changes never affect credits you have already purchased.

4. Ownership of generated code

You own the code and content generated for your projects. Subject to payment of the applicable credits, we assign to you all rights we hold in the generated output, and you may use, modify, and distribute it without restriction. The Laabam platform itself — its software, branding, and infrastructure — remains our property.

5. Disclaimers

AI-generated output is provided as-is. While our pipeline tests and reviews generated code, AI systems can make mistakes: you should review generated code, content, and configurations before relying on them in production, and you are responsible for how you deploy and use the output. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaabamOne Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
